Hey, I'm Linda. I started the "Making Sense of Menopause" group because I went through menopause in my 40s, and it was a difficult transition for me. It not only affected how I felt about myself as a woman, but it took a toll on my relationship with my husband. Fortunately, we got through that rough period in our life. I think the changes I went through wouldn't have been so hard if I had talked to someone about them.
